Customers and drivers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and reservation details.

By expressly opting in to receive SMS messages from LUXEX RIDE, you agree to receive text messages related to transportation reservations and service updates.

• Message types: Reservation confirmations, pickup details, driver assignment notifications, arrival updates, trip status notifications, and reservation changes.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies depending on reservation and trip activity.
• Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving SMS messages. You may receive a confirmation of your opt-out.
